Hi, I'm Tim Orrego
I started Regent Gardens because I saw a need in my community for full-range property care. I love the outdoors — the plants, watching things grow, making outdoor places beautiful. I've been working in property maintenance for over 10 years with trees, shrubs, grass, and lawns.
What I really love about this work is transforming places into beautiful, usable land where homeowners can actually enjoy their property instead of spending their weekends working on it. I like bringing the natural beauty out of certain areas and making it visual for observers and the people who get to enjoy it day to day.
What I Want for You
I want you to feel at peace knowing your property is being taken care of by someone who knows what they're doing. Someone who listens when you share your plans, your priorities, and the dreams you have for your outdoor spaces — and helps bring them to life.
I want Regent Gardens known for two things: fantastic service of your property, and real communication about what you want from it.
Why the Name Regent Gardens
The name "Regent Gardens" evokes a feeling of class — gardens and yards treated like the centerpiece they should be. Posh, but in the good sense. Just a yard that looks well cared for, the way it deserves to.
How I Work
I have a careful eye for detail. Your property will be up to snuff every visit — looking the way you want it to. I'm not just there to get the job done. I'm there to create a place where you can relax, enjoy, entertain guests, and spend time with family.
My approach is to start with the weeds, then move to any overgrown or unruly hedges, shrubs, or trees. Both add a sharpness and a clean, cared-for look to a yard right away. I take care of the details others miss — pulling weeds at the root so they don't come back as fast, edging beds and lawns for a clean finish, cleaning up debris before we leave.
What a Well-Maintained Yard Looks Like
A well-maintained yard looks like it's been taken care of, and at the same time, like it always looks that way. Truly well-maintained, you can't even tell someone's been there. It's easy to underestimate the behind-the-scenes care that goes into a great-looking property — especially the yearly deep work like mulching, aerating, hedging, and fertilizing. Those are what make the rest of the year feel effortless.
Who I Work Best With
If you have an acreage or a property with gardens and lawns you'd rather enjoy than work in until you're dirty and sore, I'm a good fit. I do recurring weekly or biweekly maintenance, seasonal cleanups, one-time resets, and detailed estate care for clients who want a wider scope of work over time.
